This article describes the role of Guilds that look at new technologies through the lens of Compliance, Legal, Risk and Security. It is argued that there is urgency for organizations to start working in these cross functional communities of practice to stay ahead of the future risks and dilemmas we will be -and are already facing- amidst the fourth industrial revolution. The author describes how the Guilds are setup at Rabobank, what they are, what they do and what they’ve taught us in the first year.
